EasyAccess_OFFICE is the software for access control application, it is provided for customers to build small access control system. It realizes user and card information management, setting holiday table and access controller parameter, real-time monitor, exporting in/out record and alarm report, etc.

Easy Access_OFFICE         - Stand-alone Edition with Access database

Easy Access_OFFICE_Net  - On-line Edition with SQL Server database selectable

Main Functions:

1. User Information Management

• Manage theusers, such as add, edit, delete, search, etc

2. Card Information Management:

• Manage Card information (add, edit,delete, authorization, lock, unlock, assign, regain, search, etc)
• Card authorization management, such as effective on which controller, at which time period, according to the card's effective time to setting the controllers time period, etc

3. Holiday Setting:

• One holiday table can be set, in which there are 32 holidays
• Controllers time schedule is based on holiday setting

4. Controller Management:

• Add, modify, and delete controller information. Including controller name, connect type (COM or UDP), COM port, baud rate (or IP address/IP port),controller address, monitor computer, time schedule, etc
• Set controllers LCD display (3 lines Max, 16 characters each line)

5. Real-time Monitor Management:

• Real-time monitor the controllers status
• Open door and close door by the software
• Download users settings data, correct controller's time, initialization controller, real-time collect controller event, read data and upload it to the database

6. Report Module:

• Totally three kinds of reports:

       -----User Information Report: Department, personnel name, personnel ID, card No, card UID, valid end time,etc

       -----In/Out Report: Department, personnel name,personnel ID, card No, card UID, time, controller name, type, etc

       -----Controller Alarm Report: Controller name, time, event type, personnel name, personnel ID, department, card No, card UID, etc
